Try A New Approach

Accept people for who they are, good, bad or indifferent. When someone offends or hurts you, tell them! Give them the opportunity to respond and/or to apologize right then and there.
Grudges are an absolute waste of time! So, if you recognize that you may have offended, apologize!
Pride is a dreadful thing, especially when it won’t allow you to spare someones feelings with as simply a phrase as, “I’m sorry” or “I didn’t mean it that way”, and If you put it off, it becomes harder and harder to do.

“Pride goes before destruction, a haughty spirit before a fall” (Proverbs 16:18).
1 Peter 3:8
